A redemption is when a parent decides to spend their PrezentBox money with your business to help make their lessons more affordable.
When a customer wants to spend their money with your business, you will get an email notification. Just log in to your account, review it and click 'approve'. You will then need to apply the credit to that customer’s account - the same as you would with a state government activity voucher.
You will be paid at the beginning of each month and your payment will reflect all approved redemptions from the month before.
